该可沉砂单流阀是在目前常规注水井单流阀（单向洗井阀）基础上做的改进，可以有效防止注入水中的机械杂质、水垢、油泥沉积到单流阀钢球上进而导致单流阀无法开启、洗井不通等问题的发生。

该工具用于常规注水井单流阀上部。改进后的结构克服常规单流阀的缺陷，具备以下技术优势：主通道保持全通径，无任何零件，油管内的沉积物可直接向下沉积，不会掩埋洗井机构；主通道较大，可作为测试通道、投球通道；单向阀结构采用标准高压高精度不锈钢单流阀，可靠性进一步提升；标准单向阀的开启压力可选，实现标准化。

ZX GRIT WASHOUT VALVE

The grit settable single flow valve is an improvement based on the current conventional single flow valve of water injection well (one-way well flushing valve), which can effectively prevent the mechanical  impurities, scale and oil sludge in the injected water from depositing on the steel ball of the single  flow valve, resulting in the failure of the single flow valve to open and the failure of well flushing.

The tool is used for the upper part of single flow valve of conventional water injection well. The improved structure overcomes the defects of conventional single flow valve and has the following  technical advantages. The main channel maintains full diameter without any parts, and the sediment in the oil pipe can be deposited directly downward without burying the well washing mechanism.  The main channel is large, which can be used as test channel and pitching channel. The one-way  valve structure adopts standard high-pressure high-precision stainless steel single flow valve, which  further improves the reliability. The opening pressure of standard check valve is optional to realize  standardization.
