该胶筒采用双胶筒设计，双向承压，工作中解封剪钉不受力；具有专用解封机构，上提解封，解封力小于4t。大通径设计，可实现多种应用场景，与液控洗井 阀连用，有 6 个φ 8.5mm 线缆穿越孔，可实现 1/4in 液控管线和电缆的穿越与密封；设计有下井安全保护锁定机构，入井过程中在外力作用下不会提前坐封。

Product Description: The packer is mainly used for intelligent layered water injection wells to realize the isolation between water injection horizons. 6 individual φ8.5mm cable crossing holes can realize the crossing and sealing of 1 / 4in hydraulic control pipeline and cable.

FEATURES

The rubber cylinder adopts double rubber cylinder design, with two-way pressure bearing, and  the unsealing shear nail is not stressed during work. It has a special unsealing mechanism, which  can lift and unseal, and the unsealing force is less than 4T. The large diameter design can realize  a variety of application scenarios. It is used in conjunction with the hydraulic control well flushing  valve. There are 6 φ8.5mm cable crossing hole which can realize the crossing and sealing of 1/4 in  hydraulic control pipeline and cable; A safety protection locking mechanism is designed to prevent  setting in advance under the action of external force during RIH.
