控制柜用来控制和保护潜油电泵设备，为潜油电泵机组提供交流电 源。它能对机组提供短路、欠载、过载、过压、缺相或电流不平衡时的保 护。

变频控制柜可以降低电机温度：提高ESP分离气体的能力；控制油井 压降；调节ESP使其适应油井状况；在电机启动时，降低系统电压；增强 井下监控的优势；提高系统的稳定性与协调性。

The control panel is acontrolling and protecting equipment specially designed to supply the AC power for the ESP. Its function is to protect ESP system when short circuit, under load, overload, overvoltage, phase loss or current unbalance happens.

Controlling motor speed can lower motor temperature; improve ESP gas handing capabilities; conrol well drawdown; adust ESPs to changing well conditions; decrease system voltage at start up; maximize the benefits of down-hole monitoring; and improve System harmonics.
