Seal Section

保护器有沉降式、胶囊式及沉降胶囊式复合的三种结构，每种结构形式均含有能提高密封可靠性的多级密封腔。保护器轴通常采用Monel-K500材质，共有六道机械密封。保护器内的止推轴承具有较高的承载能力。根据不同的井况条件，可以提供不同型 号和系列的保护器。

它具有以下功能特点：

•防止井液进入电机；

•提供了电机油因温度和压力变化而膨胀或收缩的容腔和路径；

•平衡内外腔压力；

•通过止推轴承承受泵传递下来的轴推力；

•耐温等级有90°C、120°C、150°C和180°C四种。

Every seal section contains multiple redundant barrier chambers to enhance reliability. Barrier chambers are available in labyrinth and bag types. Shaft of protector usually uses Monel-k500 material. There are six mechanical face seals on it. Thrust bearing used in seal section has high vearing capacity. Critical functions:

• Prevents well fluids from entering the motor;

• Provides a reservoir for motor oil expansion and contraction caused by temperature and pressure changes;

• Equalizes the internal pressure of the motor with the pressure in the well annulus;

• Absorbs the pump shaft thrust on the seal thrust bearing.

• The temperature type have 90°C、120°C、150°Candl 80°C.
