预充填防砂筛管是在室内充填砾石后，直接下入完井井段，依靠充填砾石层 实现高效防砂。该筛管主要由4层结构组成，分别为基管、内保护套、砾石层、外护套。

主要特性 

◎ 在车间完成陶粒充填，节省现场充填作业时间及成本，同时保证充填质量，提高大斜度井和水平井防砂有效性； 

◎ 预充填的陶粒可根据需要进行定制（常规陶粒、轻质陶粒、疏水陶粒等）；

◎ 预充填层的陶粒不固结，在压力作用下可微小移动，实现自清洁。

PRE-PACKED SCREEN

The pre-packed sand control screen is directly run into the completion section after the gravel is filled indoors, relying on the packed gravel layer to achieve high-efficiency sand control. The  screen is mainly composed of 4 layers of structure, including the base pipe, the inner protective  jacket, the gravel layer, and the outer protective jacket.

◎ The ceramsite filling is completed in the workshop, which saves on-site filling operation time and cost, while ensuring the filling quality, and improving the effectiveness of sand control in  highly deviated wells and horizontal wells; 

◎ The pre-filled ceramsite can be customized as required ( conventional ceramsite, lightweight  ceramsite, hydrophobic ceramsite, etc. ) ; 

◎ The ceramsite in the pre-filling layer is unconsolidated and can move slightly under pressure to achieve self-cleaning.

APPLICATIONS

◎ Suitable for loose sandstone reservoir;  

◎ Suitable for sand control operation of casing deformation wells;  

◎ Suitable for well completion and sand control with short well section; 

◎ High temperature and high pressure wells, thermal production wells, corrosive oil and gas  wells and the well completed again after the workover.
