油服 CS-UNV 高压安全阀是非平衡式地面控制油管回收式安全阀，它通过液压控 制管线连接地面紧急关闭系统。安全阀采用杆式活塞、金属对金属密封连接、曲面阀瓣 结构。本阀属于常闭型，当液压控制管线内的压力被释放掉时，阀瓣自动关闭，油气井 被关停。 油服 CS-UNV 高压安全阀严格按照 API Spec 14A 程序设计和制造。安全阀杆式 活塞依靠弹簧复位，活塞采用非弹性动密封组密封；阀在关闭状态下，100%金属对金 属密封，性能可靠；阀瓣处，除金属对金属密封之外，增加了一个二级软密封，能满足 比 API Spec 14A 规范更严格的泄露标准。

CS-UNIVERSE (UNV)  SERIES HPHT SAFETY VALVE

INTRODUCTION

COSL CS-UNIVERSE High Pressure safety valve is non-equalizing surface controlled tubing retrievable  safety valve, and it is connected to the surface emergency shut down system through hydraulic  control line. The safety valve structure consists of rod piston, body metal-to metal sealing connection  and curved surface flapper. This valve is NC type and when the pressure inside the hydraulic control  line gets released, the flapper will close automatically and the well will be closed. COSL CS-UNIVERSE High Pressure safety valve is designed and manufactured strictly in conformance  with API Spec 14A procedure. The safety valve rod piston resets by the spring and the piston seals  with non-elastomeric dynamic seal assembly. 100% metal-to-metal sealing is very reliable when the  valve is in the closed position. In addition to the metal-to-metal sealing, there is a second-grade soft  sealing on the flapper, which can meet leakage standards stricter than API Spec 14A.
