注热排气阀适用于350℃高温热采封隔器；安装于热采封隔器上端面，下端通过 1.66″NU PIN连接螺纹与封隔器相连，上端通过1/4″液控管线连接到井口控制阀， 可实现排气阀的开启与关闭。 排气阀下放至设计深度后，通过液控管线打压，压力进入排气阀活塞腔，推动定位帽下行克服弹簧力打开，直至活塞杆下行至限位为止。保持液控管线压力，可维持排气阀处于全开状态；卸掉液控管线压力，排气阀在弹簧力作用下上行至初始安装位置，阀体与阀座接触，排气阀恢复至关闭状态。

THERMAL INJECTION GAS VENT VALVE

INTRODUCTION

Suitable for COSL 9 5/8 "Thermal injection packer; Installed on the upper end of the 350℃ thermal  injection packer, the lower end is connected to the packer through 1.66 "NU PIN connection thread,  and the upper end is connected to the wellhead control valve through 1/4" hydraulic control line,  which can realize the opening and closing of the gas vent valve. After the gas vent valve is lowered to the design depth, the pressure enters the piston chamber of  the gas vent valve through the hydraulic control line , and the positioning cap is pushed downward  to overcome the spring force to open until the piston rod upward limit.Keep hydraulic control line  pressure, can maintain the gas vent valve in full open state;Discharge hydraulic control line pressure,  gas vent valve under the action of spring force up to the initial installation position, valve body and  valve seat contact, gas vent valve back to closed state.
